The Boring Bits

When do we post?

We post thee times a week from country Vic.

Do we ship overseas?

Nope. However we have some trusted suppliers who will happily post internationally. We recommend contacting Annie at Green Door Decor to arrange postage outside of Australia.

Do the prints come framed?

No, the prints come packaged with love for you to frame.  Store bought frames from shops like Kmart and Spotlight have proven with customers to be popular for our A3 and ‘Pretty Big’ prints.

We recommend seeing your local professional framer for limited edition and ‘Bloody Big’ works.

How much is postage?

Postage is a flat rate & charged at whichever is highest in your order:

– Pretty Big (60cmx90cm) $20 (these are rolled and packed in a tube)
– Bloody Big AO $25 (these are rolled and packed in a tube)
– A3 $13 (packaged with 700gsm card in an Aus Post tough bag sent flat)
– Postage to 3300 area code is flat rate $5

Can I pick up a print in Hamilton?

No, but we offer $5 local shipping to all 3300 post codes. Alternatively visit Brown Bird Haus as they stock a range of A3 prints and gift cards.

Why do the ‘Bloody Big’ and ‘Pretty Big’ Prints need an extra 7 days?

Due to their size the larger works are custom printed to order.

We use all local printers and postage to complete your orders, and quality takes time.

We recommend having the Bloody Big works custom framed, store bought frames can be found to suit other print sizes.

What type of paper do we use for our prints?

Limited Edition, ‘Bloody Big’ and ‘Pretty Big’ works are printed on Ilford Galerie Prestige Smooth Pearl 310gsm archival photo paper and come thoughtfully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and recycled brown paper.

A3’s are printed on Pacesetter Laser Board high white 300gsm paper which is ECF Elemental Chlorine Free.

A note on the prints

Please note that all print images may be positioned differently on the page than they appear on the website.

Please note that the colours of the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently and we can not guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product.

What if my print arrives damaged?

All Grotti Lotti prints are packed with loads of care and love and are delivered to the local post office in excellent condition. Unfortunately from this point we have no control over what happens to your prints. While we have all faith in Australia Post, there are times when packages can arrive a little worse for wear. While we do apologise that you have taken the time to order a print, and it has not arrived in the state we sent it in, no refunds or replacements will be offered in the odd chance this does occur.

What if I change my mind?

Each Grotti Lotti print is thoughtfully printed, packaged and dispatched from a small town in country VIC – just for you. Please be mindful when choosing/adopting your Grotti Lotti prints as due to the fragile nature of the works we do not accept returns if you ‘change your mind’.

If for some reason you have been sent the wrong print please email us with photo evidence and we will happily sort this out for you.

What if I want an original?

I don’t take on any commission work, sorry. Visit the originals page of the website for any available original artwork. Plus I recommend signing up to the MailChimp (via the contact page) to stay in the loop of when the next original art release will occur. Collaboration enquiries from like-minded creatives are always welcome.

Do you do markets?

YEP! But not as often as we used to. Keep an eye on Facebook and Instagram for any upcoming market dates.
