The Boring Bits

When do we post?

We post twice a week.

Do we ship overseas?

Sorry we do not ship overseas. However we have some trusted suppliers who will happily post internationally. We recommend contacting Green Door Decor to arrange postage outside of Australia.

How much is Australian postage?

Postage is a flat rate & charged at whichever is highest in your order:
– L & XL $20 (these are rolled and packed in a tube)
– A3 $13 (packaged with 700gsm card in an Aus Post tough bag sent flat)
– Postage to 3300 area code is flat rate $5

Can I pick up a print in Hamilton?

Unfortunately, no. I am in and out of the studio, running after chickens, doing school runs and all sorts of other ‘high-life’ type activities. Local postage is available. All orders with the shipping postcode of 3300 will be reduced to $5 flat rate shipping.

Why do L & XL Prints need an extra 7 days?

Due to their size, L & XL are custom printed to order.
We use all local printers and postage to complete your orders, and quality takes time.

What type of paper do we use for our prints?

L & XL images are printed on Ilford Galerie Prestige Smooth Pearl 310gsm photo paper and come thoughtfully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and recycled brown paper.
A3 is printed on Pacesetter Laser Board high white 300gsm paper which is ECF Elemental Chlorine Free.
Limited edition prints may be printed on different paper but this will be listed with the item description.

A note on the prints

Please note that all print images come from an A3 digital file, other sizes may be positioned differently on the page allowing more or less negative space depending on the size and positioning of the original art work.

Please note that the colours of the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently and we can not guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product.

What if my print arrives damaged?

All Grotti Lotti prints are packed with care and love and are delivered to the local post office in excellent condition. Unfortunately from this point we have no control over what happens to your prints. While we have all faith in Australia Post, there are times when packages can arrive a little worse for wear. While we do apologise that you have taken the time to order a print, and it has not arrived in the state we sent it in, no refunds or replacements will be offered in the odd chance this does occur.

What if I change my mind?

Each Grotti Lotti print is thoughtfully printed, packaged and dispatched from a small town in country VIC – just for you.
Please be mindful when choosing/adopting your Grotti Lotti prints as due to the fragile nature of the works we do not accept returns if you ‘change your mind’.

If for some reason you have been sent the wrong print please email us with photo evidence and we will happily sort this out for you.

What if I want an original?

I don’t take on any commission work, sorry.
Visit the originals page of the website for any available original artwork. Plus I recommend signing up to the Mailchimp (via the contact page) to stay in the loop of when the next original art release will occur.
Collaboration enquiries from like minded creatives are always welcome.
