Sheesh I had some fun creating this one. The most enjoyable studio session(SSSSS) in months. It began with a mop, a messy bucket and the canvas on the studio floor to create the flowering gum base shapes. At the moment these guys are out in FULL COLOUR and have been calling me.
So a few long non stop studio days, a sore neck and a heck load of layers and paint later, here is the final product, it’s massive so I hope the new owner has a bloody big wall crying out for some colour… and if it doesn’t sell – we here at home would be more than happy to keep this one.
I have decided to sell this work on canvas un stretched and un framed to make shipping avail on such a large piece.
Canvas measures approximately 148cm wide x 162cm high (for reference my son, holding the canvas is 6ft3)
