When do we post?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for dispatch of your original art work. Tracking numbers will be emailed to keep you in the loop. Whilst at this stage freight services remain open, we are in unprecedented times. If our freight/shipping services are put on hold we will keep your art work safe, packaged up carefully and loved until they are able to be shipped.

Do we ship overseas?

Sorry, we do not ship overseas.

How much is postage?

Postage is included in the price.

What size is the artwork?

Approximately 90cm x 90cm canvas size plus handmade floating timber frame.

Colours may vary

Please note that the colours of the final artwork may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently and we can not guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product.

A note on postage

This artwork will be packed with care and in accordance with current safety guidelines. The piece will be sent via freight, and will require a signature on delivery. If you would prefer not to sign, the courier will be able to sign on your behalf in front of you.

All Grotti Lotti artworks are packed with care and love and sent off in excellent condition. Unfortunately from this point we have no control over what happens to your artwork, and there are times when packages can arrive a little worse for wear. While we do apologise that you have taken the time to order an artwork, and it has not arrived in the state we sent it in, no refunds or replacements will be offered in the odd chance this does occur.
