We post three times a week from country Vic.

Do we ship overseas?

Sorry we do not ship overseas. However we have some trusted suppliers who will happily post internationally. We recommend contacting Green Door Decor to arrange postage outside of Australia.

Do the prints come framed?

No, the prints come packaged with love for you to frame. Store bought frames from shops like Kmart and Spotlight have proven with customers to be popular for our A3 and ‘Pretty Big’ prints.

We recommend seeing your local professional framer for limited edition and ‘Bloody Big’ works.

How much is postage?

Postage is a flat rate and charged at whichever is highest in your order:
• Limited edition – approx 128cm square (inc white trim all around for framing) $25
• Bloody Big (A0) $25
• Pretty Big (60 x 90) $20
• A3 $13
• Gift card $5

Why do Bloody Big, Pretty Big and limited edition need an extra 7 days?

Due to their size Bloody Big, Pretty Big and limited edition prints are custom printed to order.

What type of paper do we use for our prints?

L & XL is printed on Ilford Galerie Prestige Smooth Pearl 310gsm photo paper. A3 is printed on Pacesetter Laser Board high white 300gsm paper which is ECF Elemental Chlorine Free.

The limited edition square print is printed on archival cotton rag paper.

Please note large prints come thoughtfully wrapped in recycled brown paper with acid free tissue paper.

Is this a limited edition print?

There is a limited edition option available of Aretha strictly limited to 25 prints. The limited edition print comes in a unique square shape reflecting the original painting, offering less negative space. It is a whopping size at approximately 128cm square including white trim all around to allow for framing. Each limited edition print will be printed on archival cotton rag and will come signed and numbered.

Note the Bloody Big, Pretty Big, A3 and Gift Card options are not limited edition.

A note on postage

All Grotti Lotti prints are packed with care and love and are delivered to the local post office in excellent condition. Unfortunately from this point we have no control over what happens to your prints. While we have all faith in Australia Post, there are times when packages can arrive a little worse for wear. While we do apologise that you have taken the time to order a print, and it has not arrived in the state we sent it in, no refunds or replacements will be offered in the odd chance this does occur.
