When do we post?

We post 3 times a week from regional VIC.

Do we ship overseas?

Sorry we do not ship overseas. However we have some trusted suppliers who will happily post internationally. We recommend contacting Green Door Decor to arrange postage outside of Australia.

How much is postage?

Postage is a flat rate and charged at whichever is highest in your order:
• Bloody Big (A0) $25
• Pretty Big (60 x 90) $20
• A3 $13
• A5 Notebook $15
• A5 Diary $10
• Gift card $5

Colours may vary

Please note that the colours of the final product may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently and we can not guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product.

A note on postage

All Grotti Lotti products are packed with care and love and are delivered to the local post office in excellent condition. Unfortunately from this point we have no control over what happens to your products. While we have all faith in Australia Post, there are times when packages can arrive a little worse for wear. While we do apologise that you have taken the time to order a products, and it has not arrived in the state we sent it in, no refunds or replacements will be offered in the odd chance this does occur.
